We’re a locally owned litter cleanup business based in Halifax, Nova Scotia. We help commercial properties, public spaces, and event sites stay clean, safe, and welcoming.

Although Last Ditch Litter Services didn’t officially go into the litter cleanup business until 2026, the founder and owner has been actively cleaning litter from the streets, ditches, parks, trails, and public spaces of Halifax. Since then we’ve taken part in many local cleanup initiatives and have put in hundreds of hours of solo cleanups.
Going forward, Last Ditch Litter Services will continue giving back through community cleanup events, local partnerships, and awareness efforts that encourage everyone to take pride in the places we share. What began as a personal effort has grown into a larger mission to help create a cleaner, more beautiful Nova Scotia.
We’re proud to call Nova Scotia home, and we believe our communities, coastlines, streets, trails, and public spaces deserve to be clean, cared for, and welcoming.
